Pay equity is a law! Are you ready to comply with it?
The Pay Equity Act provides the realization of an assessment of the maintenance of pay equity every five years. Consequently, any enterprise that implemented its first pay equity program or maintained it in 2010 will be subject to an evaluation during the year 2015.
